       At the Law Office of Brian T. Morgan, I defend clients with
either Misdemeanor or Felony charges. Depending on the type of
drug and the weight, these charges can have the maximum penalty
of 30 days in county jail up to 60 years in prison. Normally, some
sort of drug counselling is required.

      A guilty plea to even a seemingly small sentence can lead to
problems down the road. It is not the Prosecutor's job to explain
what ramifications a guilty plea can have. For example, if you are
or intend on getting a student loan for college, a conviction may
preclude you from getting any money.

      Also, some drug cases have significant minimum fines that
must be given for each case. For example, possession of drug
paraphernalia has a minimum fine of $750.    Drug cases can also
lead to forfeiture of cars, homes and money.

      It is important to get a experienced trial attorney on your side
as soon as possible to defend your rights. The Brian Morgan has
both prosecuted and defended drug offenses. I am willing to
